Eating less than 75% raw foods can make it more difficult for your body to rid itself of the toxins from the cooked or processed foods. When choosing raw foods, it is also important that you make sure they are organic. Organic foods have more vitamins and nutrients in them than other types of foods, and they do not contain any preservatives or pesticides.
